This program is for boys and girls who need to get fit for High School, College or even Club team. These workouts focus on strengthening the core, speed & agility, strength training (upper & lower), ball work, cardio, tabata training, and long distance.

Get Soccer Fit With Daryl Doran This Summer

This program is for boys and girls who need to get fit for High School, College or even Club team. These workouts focus on strengthening the core, speed & agility, strength training (upper & lower), ball work, cardio, tabata training, and long distance.

Training starts June 4th and goes until July 31st.

This is a 22 session course. Meet 1 - 2pm every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Missed sessions will be made up on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Following things will be covered:

  • STRENGTHEN THE CORE
  • SPEED AND AGILITY
  • STRENGTH TRAINING (UPPER & LOWER)
  • BALL WORK
  • CARDIO
  • TABATA TRAINING
  • LONG DISTANCE

Each person will be tested in sit-ups, push-ups, half mile and mile run, vertical and then retested throughout the Summer.

Total cost: $330

Each participate will also be a member of the gym throughout the Summer! To signup, add your participant(s) names to signup sheet below and make sure to complete checkout (after you've added all participants, click here to go to your cart).
