Girls /Boys High school Soccer Training
This is an intense training program geared toward high school girls/boys getting fit and wanting to get the extra edge prior to high school tryouts. It will focus on speed, agility, endurance, strength training and ball work.Pre- registration is required. Call 636-561-3297 to register. Call early as space is limited for this program.

Doran Fitness will offer the Signature Series Life Fitness circuit training machines. All new members will be trained on how to use these machines.

Individual Training
Personal training offers one-on-one training with one of our expert trainers to reach your personal training goal. This will include a personal assessment of what it is you want to achieve during your workouts.The trainer will develop a plan especially for you to help you reach your goal. The trainer will then give you guidance and motivation during your work out sessions.

Group personal Training
Group personal training offers personal training in a group environment. It gives you the ability to have a personal training session at a group rate. It allows you to work out with your friends, which is in itself more fun and motivating. Rates vary according to individual trainers.
Group Athletic Training
Group athletic training is available for teams to get athletic training together. All ages are welcome. We feature speed and agility, endurance, strength training and functional training.
Athletic Training Rates:
-8 OR MORE KIDS-5 SESSIONS-$60 (12 A SESSION)
-10 SESSIONS-$120
-4-7 KIDS-5-SESSIONS-$75 ($15 A SESSION)
10-SESSIONS-$150
-2-3 KIDS-5-SESSIONS-$100.00 ($20 A SESSION)
-10-SESSIONS-$200.00
-1 KID-5-SESSIONS- $200.00 ($40 A SESSION)

Minimum of 5 sessions must be requested in order to schedule.
Parents must attend first session to sign appropriate forms or coach/contact must coordinate. All forms must be signed prior to first session. Payment is expected prior to the first session in full for all sessions scheduled.

Speed and Endurance Training
Speed Training will be available for athletes trying to improve their speed in various sports. Training and equipment will be available. Doran Fitness is proud to provide athletes with the "Keiser Runner" used to improve the athlete's speed and endurance.
If you need to get fit for any sport Daryl Doran will be there to help you.
Girls High School Soccer Fitness Training
This is an intense fitness class for girls trying out for high school soccer in February. It will offer speed, agility, strenth training and endurance. The ball will be utilized in many of the exercise drills. It will be three classes a week for seven weeks. Classes will be Monday Nights 8-9, Wednesday Nights 7-8. and Saturday Mornings 10-11.

Boys High School training
Boys, get fit for tryouts for your High School. 23 sessions and pay for only 20. Starts middle of June and takes you all the way to tryouts.
Training cover, Strength,endurance,speed and agility and plyometric training with ball work!

College Soccer programs-Girls/Boys-Be Ready!
Let Daryl Doran put you through a 20 session program to get you ready for your college season!
Daryl will cover speed and agility, strength training, plyometrics with a soccer ball. Various other types of training like Tabata, crossfit training and core training.
